Hover is Hot is a self initiated branding project. Named after my hot sauce obsessed partner, it is a brand that represents all things I enjoy in life – a sense of humour, a tasty hot sauce and my lovely neighbourhood. The brand system is constructed with a cheeky TOV, quirky typography, a graphic device inspired by the shape of Marrickville district and a vibrant colour palette. Hover is Hot’s fun and alternative brand essence truly reflects the flavour of Sydney Inner West.
